Last night the five people involved in this challenge met up to swop fabrics. It was lovely to catch up plus the homemade cakes and biscuits made by sharne were a real treat. Thank you!
I now have Sharne's original piece of fabric that was quilted by Margaret. I have the task of cutting it up and reassembling the pieces as well as applying a backing. I have already been playing with the idea of tesselation, but my idea needs further development work on paper before applying the rotary cutter and/or scissors to the fabric.
Sharne now has Nickie's original piece, but she was hoping to get that next time, as she had an excellent idea on how to embellish the fabric (Part 4).
Hi Diane, thanks so much for the comment, it's nearly time! I will be glad when it's over to be honest, I am getting incensed on an hourly basis at some of the claptrap i hear on the t.v.! No wonder I've got a headache!!
