Another Cycle ride

I have just completed my second 10 mile bike ride and just before the rain came. It seemed harder at the beginning today, but I have learnt how to work my gears and managed to ride the whole circuit without stopping. My legs are like jelly when I get off the bike! It can only get easier and Howard is enjoying us doing an activity together.





The puppy (now called Beau) is 8 weeks old and doing fine. He is still adorable, doing very well with the toilet training but starting to chew more. HIs first visit to the vets yesterday, went well. He now weighs 1st 7.75lb, an increase of 3.75lb in one week. The vet feels he is slightly skinny and that I should change his fourth meal of puppy milk to a proper meal.

Early morning starts with the puppy is allowing me time to catch up on some hand stitching projects that have been waiting for a few months. Feeling more focused at the moment, than I have have in months. Lots of design ideas buzzing about in my head, I need to get them down in my sketch book.
