Foreign Body
I know I should have made my own soup, but lack of food in the house and too much snow on the roads to want to go shopping, I thought I would have a Covent Garden soup from the fridge. Winter vegetable, just what I fancied until I was serving it up. I spotted something large (about 3cm square), black and lumpy. I'm not sure what it is, but it looks very similar to the tripe I feed the dog.

ReplyDeleteUnder normal weather conditions I would have taken the soup in the saucepan, still warm, back to the shop from where it was purchased.(I always like to make a a dramatic entrance!)
But, as the weather isn't normal I would stay at home and compile a VERY LONG AND LOVELY EMAIL!!!!!!!!!
