I had a go at making the Christmas decoration demonstrated on Day 9 of Gina's blog.
Version 1


Version 2

I assembled the first one incorrectly. I had made the two hats and the long strip, but I didn't join the long strip before attaching the top and bottom. I must have pushed it slighty out of shape, it looks ok when hung up but has a concave top. As you can see by the photo above it is slighlty lop sided, when resting on a flat surface.
Version 2 was made with a 5cm circle and assembled correctly. I used the back of the original Christmas card.

    I'm impressed Diane.
    Don't worry about it being lopsided you should see my tree, there's more of it on the left side than there is on the right and its actually standing straight. Very pretty though!
