Thank you to everybody who has been trying to find the recipe for the boozy cake. Helen has found a Christmas cake recipe, which I am going to try and will report back. Lots of people have asked for the recipe, should I find it. Others remember seeing her cook the cake on TV, let's hope it lives up to the expectations.
