Yesterday I took my part of the challenge to Sharne, ready for her to embellish. The fabric was originally dyed and printed with an Indian theme by Margaret. It was then quilted by Nickie and cut up and re-assembled by Debbie. I'm glad that Debbie had, had that part of the challenge to do, as I would have found it difficult. We have had a month's extension on this part, but it was still hard deciding how to turn it into a vessel. I have had it pinned into many different shapes, but finally decided on a rectangular shape, with little pockets, on the inside. I have really enjoyed taking part in my first Round Robin, I hope Sharne organises another one. At the beginning of August I will recieve a vessel with an African theme to embellish, ready to give back to Debbie in September.
