Tonight we were lucky enough to have a talk by Cas Holmes, at our Embroideres' Guild meeting. Such a lovely lady with some truly inspirational work. If you were unable to attend the meeting tonight, I can recommend that you pre-order her book 'The Found Object in Textile Art', which will be available in September.
Tommorrow I am meeting up with Sharne and Libby to discuss helping out at Chelmsford YE meetings. I have a few ideas for some projects that I could possibly take, but I am not sure of the age, ability and resources the girls have.
